Strength and Conditioning

This class is designed for dedicated athletes who already have a foundation of experience in the weight room. This class focuses on developing strength, power, speed, and conditioning to meet the demands of competitive sports. Athletes receive structured coaching in proper technique, progressive programming, and performance-based training methods to help them reach their goals.

Team Training

Team training is a great way to take your team’s play to the next level. These classes are designed to build each athletes strength, power, resistance to injury, speed, and agility while creating team comradery and cohesiveness. Contact us if you are interested in getting your team started!

Developmental Group

This class is designed for youth athletes to develop proper movement mechanics, improve strength, reduce risk of injury, and improve their confidence. Athletes receive attentive high-quality coaching to help them work toward their athletic goals and learn how to move safely.

Women’s Strength and Conditioning

This class is structured very similarly to our Strength and Conditioning class, but is exclusively for female athletes. Female athletes can training along side other committed female athletes creating a comfortable training environment that helps each athlete grow in confidence and athletic ability.

Private Training
