How do I reduce my membership?

Click "Sign In" on the upper right hand side of the screen.
Log In using your email address and password.
Click the drop down arrow on the upper right hand side by your name and select my account.
Click Memberships.
Click "Cancel Membership." You must cancel your existing membership first.
Make sure to click the box that says "cancel membership immediately..." then click cancel membership.
Once your membership is canceled, click "Pricing" and select the membership you want to reduce to. WAIT UNTIL YOUR CURRENT MEMBERSHIP MONTH IS OVER before completing this step to avoid overpaying.
