
Kayla Fedison
Kayla holds her Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) credential—one of the most respected certifications in the field, and is a standard qualification for collegiate and professional strength coaches. She graduated from Ferrum College in 2025 earing a 4.0 GPA double majoring in Exercise Science and Therapeutic Sciences—all while starting four years for the Ferrum Women’s Soccer Team, competing in the ODAC conference.
Her practical experience is just as impressive. Kayla worked as a rehabilitation aide at Lucas Therapies and completed a competitive internship with the Virginia Tech Olympic Sports Strength and Conditioning Department, where she trained alongside coaches working with Division I athletes in soccer, lacrosse, wrestling, tennis, swimming, and track & field. In addition while at Ferrum, Kayla took charge of the strength and conditioning program for the women’s soccer team for over two years.
With her academic background, certifications, and competitive playing history, Kayla brings a deep, well-rounded understanding of how to train athletes the right way.
