What Makes Us Different

Qualified Coaches.

All of our coaches have competed at high levels in their respective sports, with collegiate playing experience that gives them first-hand insight into what it takes to succeed at the next level. They understand the vital role strength and conditioning plays in that journey. At the Iron Palace, we are committed to providing athletes with the highest quality training. That’s why every coach is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and has invested countless hours learning directly from certified Division I collegiate strength and conditioning coaches.

Workouts from Coaches not Screens.

You wouldn’t be satisfied if your child’s sport coach simply handed them a sheet of drills and sent them off on their own. Strength and conditioning should be no different. Every exercise deserves to be coached, taught, corrected, and encouraged. At the Iron Palace, we don’t hand workouts to kids through an app—we lead them through each session in person, explaining and coaching every movement to ensure they train safely and effectively.

Small Class Sizes.

At the Iron Palace, we cap our classes at 10–15 athletes with 1–2 coaches on the floor at all times. Smaller groups mean every athlete gets the coaching they need—no one is left behind or unsupervised. When athletes are learning proper movement, focused attention and feedback are essential, and that’s exactly what we provide with our small group atmosphere.
